If within 7 days of receiving your product(s) you have a size issue or are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you received, XLThreads will arrange for a reverse pickup from the shipping address at a nominal charge of Rs. 250. No returns are accepted after 7 days.

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging, labels.
