If within 7 days of receiving your product(s) you have a size issue or are completely not satisfied with any merchandise you received, XLThreads will arrange for a reverse pickup from the shipping address at a nominal charge of Rs. 250. No returns are accepted after 10 days.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. • Any products that are used or washed 
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging, labels.
